Of course I remember hearing rumors about Houston a while back, as did most people who were active in the gay community. We always know. I still hear rumors about many other famous people right now who are still in the closet and it becomes just a way of life. For obvious reasons, famous well known gay or bisexual people do not always come out of the closet while they are alive. And I would never question their motives, because straight people (even the so-called allies) never suspect a thing.
With that said, I'm glad that Robin Crawford is finally speaking the truth now, and that she's not afraid of what people are going to think or say. It's time to end the shame.
“We wanted to be together,” writes Crawford, “and that meant just us.” The pair met in 1980 and had an immediate attraction. Then Houston signed a record contract with producer Clive Davis in 1982. That’s when Whitney decided to end the sexual portion of their relationship.
Here's the link for more. You can check out Crawford's new memoir, A Song for You, on Friday. It's kind of sad that it took her almost 40 years to tell this story. 40 Years!! Sorry if I sound a little disenfranchised, but that's a long time.
The Man Who has 100 Orgasms a Day
This isn't a joke, and it's not something to take lightly. This guy has a real issue to deal with. He has a condition where he can't stop having orgasms, and there's even a medical term for it.
“Imagine being on your knees at your father’s funeral beside his casket, saying goodbye to him — and then you have nine orgasms right there,” he said. “While your whole family is standing behind you.”
Here's a link to read more. He claims it's not sexual and it has nothing to do with arousal. And he has absolutely no control over it. He has sought medical help but so far no one's been able to help him.
