I don't have any link to this. It's just my own observations on social media. And it's short and sweet.
Homophobia is not just that blatant kind of discrimination where LGBTQ people are put down and banned from something. It's not just about a Christian baker not wanting to bake a cake for a gay wedding. It goes much deeper than that, and unfortunately I see it all the time with our so-called straight allies. It's a form of passive aggressive homophobia that's still widely acceptable.
For example, whenever someone jokes about the old MASH character, Corporal Klinger, in a certain context, that's homophobia, too. They might not be smart enough to know it, but we know it. Most of the time we'll never say anything about it. We just let it go. But we know. We can spot that kind of homophobia miles away, and we will not forget you did it either.
Stonewall Riots Veteran Miss Major Endorses Bernie
Now that Pete Buttigieg is out of the Presidential race a lot of LGBTQ people are looking to support someone else. I see a lot of Tweets about it myself and people seem to be all over the place right now.
Miss Major recently Tweeted to followers, "Go Bernie!" She's known for her role in the Stonewall riots, but she's also accomplished a great deal more with regard to human rights abuses.
You can check this out, here. There's a video with the full Tweet from Miss Major.
Virginia Bans Conversion Therapy On Minors
This is big because in banning conversion therapy Virginia actually becomes the first southern state to do so. I know. It's hard to believe that conversion therapy is legal anywhere. Unfortunately though, it is legal in some places.
This means there are now 20 states that have banned conversion therapy on minors. Although, adults can still practice it legally. Virginia Governor Northam said this:
“Conversion therapy sends the harmful message that there is something wrong with who you are,” said Governor Northam.

What readers are saying about "Uncertainty"
"A wonderful story that I loved. The characters were well developed, and strong. Gus: A sweet young man. Doing something for all the wrong reasons. Craig: his boyfriend, he'll go along with anything Gus say. Henry: Gus father a no nonsense man, who's husband died last year. I enjoyed this story."
What readers said about "Altered Parts"
"Best Gay Novel In Years. This story will stay with you and you will feel you know every character and the beauty of their home in the mountains of North Carolina."
What readers said about Kendle's Fire.
While the book is easily readable, it also addresses emotions stereotypes and relationships. I would have preferred it be 3 times as long and tragically most guys don't find happy endings as depicted.. but in a short book, it provides food for thought, clarity and insight.. far more and better expressed than 99% of gay fiction . I don't think it could have been done better.
