I've been following this all weekend. India has a long way to go.

Gay sex is considered taboo by many in socially conservative India, and while it no longer carries the previous punishment of up to 10 years in prison, other rights like gay marriage are likely to prove elusive.

Here's the rest. Let's face it. If the far right conservatives had their way here in the US, we'd be facing the same situations.


How the Media Botched Rapper Young Buck and Alleged Trans Lover

This is a good example of how the media works these days.

Hip hop artist Young Buck found himself at the center of some unwanted attention this week after a trans woman alleged she had engaged in a sexual relationship with the rapper. But it was the media’s response that was most upsetting.

Here's more about the guy running for governor in Pennsylvania. I'm a full time New Hope, PA resident and I can promise you I won't be voting for him. 

On Thursday, 6 September, Ray Zaborney, a well-known political consultant with the GOP-leaning firm retained to handle Wagner’s social media accounts, texted a meme of Caitlyn Jenner.

The meme mocks Jenner’s transition as well as Nike’s Just Do It campaign featuring black athletes like Colin Kaepernick.
