I see a lot of Harry Styles on Twitter, so I think this would be fantastic for the Ab Fab movie in a general sense. He's more popular now than ever...with everyone. It's just one more draw, as if an Ab Fab movie actually might need that.
One Direction star Harry Styles is being lined up to appear in the new Ab Fab movie, according toreports – playing the love interest of Joanna Lumley’s hard partying character, Patsy Stone.
The new film, written by Jennifer Saunders – who plays the iconic showbiz PR Edina Monsoon – is already rumored to include guest appearances from the likes of Kate Moss and Spice Girls Victoria Beckham Emma Bunton.

Brokeback Mountain Play
I'm not sure I would stand in line to see this one. But it's obviously a classic to many and now they're thinking about doing a stage version.
O’Connell said, ‘I am honored to bring Annie Proulx’s beloved story to the stage as a new play that celebrates her compelling writing and will bring a new perspective on this heart-warming tale of an unbreakable bond.’
He added: ‘I’ve been extremely lucky in my career to produce plays which challenge, inspire and educate as much as they entertain; the struggles that the characters of Brokeback Mountain go through are still present in the world today, making the piece as relevant as ever. I am very much looking forward to working alongside Annie with a first-class creative team to bring Jack and Ennis’ story to new audiences.’
I'm just curious to see how this stage version will go over...if it actually transpires. It's not easy to get backers for things like this.

Charlie Hunnam Talks About Fifty Shades of Grey
Almost exactly two years ago I posted about Charlie Hunnam taking on the role of Christian Grey in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey. A few weeks later, I posted that Hunnam had to back out for professional reasons, and the role went to Jamie Dornan. The main reason I was so focused on all this is because of Matt Bomer. At that time, a lot of us wanted to see Bomer snag the role.
And now, two years later, Hunnam is speaking up about why he didn't take the part.
‘The outside perception of that was that I got really cold feet and got scared of the explicit nature of the sexuality of the piece,’ he says.
For anyone who thinks that, Hunnam points to his very explicit sex scenes as gay teen Nathan Maloney on the original Queer as Folk series in 1999-2000.
‘When I was 18 I was getting f—– in the ass, completely naked on national TV, you know?’
I actually never thought that he was worried about the sex scenes in FSoG. I saw what he did in Queer As Folk. And he did that damn well, too...like a pro. In fact, there aren't that many great sex scenes in FSoG to worry about. But I haven't actually seen the film yet. I'm waiting for it to show up on a premium channel...cuz I'm not paying for it on demand.
