That Sad Day in Newtown, Connecticut

There's not much worse in life that I can think of than the senseless murders of innocent, helpless children who never meant to harm anyone.

Who went to school one morning, probably thinking about Santa Claus this time of year, never knowing they wouldn't return home ever again.

Or how their moms and dads, grandparents and families are dealing with this.

I can't even imagine the magnitude of experiencing something like that.

And I know there's nothing I could say that would help those who are going through it right now.

So I won't even try.
