What's Up With Fictionwise Reader Ratings?

Has anyone else noticed this?

I went to Fictionwise.com to check out a book and noticed that all the reader ratings are different. For one thing where it says "Great" I saw nothing for any of the Fictionwise titles.

I sent them a note asking. Now I'm curious. When I'm shopping for a book those ratings mean a lot to me...sometimes just as much as Amazon or ARe.

Did I miss something? Has the format changed?

No "great"s when I check in either, Ryan and I did check on books other than my own which I know would have some...

Thanks for checking. I was wondering if it was just me. I noticed it two nights ago.

I hope they fix it soon. I think those ratings are usually pretty accurate in a general sense when I'm shopping. And with my own books they always seem to follow a set pattern. I get a balance between all the ratings, and the "Great" rating help create that balance. It's not a bad system.

I actually hadn't been there for ages as I get most of my books from ARe. Startled to find I'd bought over 400 from them!

Wow! That's a lot of e-books. I'm mostly at Kobo or Amazon. I have two Kobo e-readers and it's easier to just push a button and have everything sync with my devices all at the same time. And I get discounts there, too.
