Facebook Privacy Class Action Suit

Facebook is being sued for 15 million dollars. Right now there are 21 separate cases in various states suing, all in connection with "Internet Tracking." In other words, the way Facebook follows its users on other parts of the web whether they are logged in or out of Facebook.

Facebook has already responded to the case with a flat statement of denial of guilt. “We believe this complaint is without merit and we will fight it vigorously,” a spokesperson told TechCrunch.

It's an interesting article, which makes you wonder just how much privacy we have these days. You can read more about it here, along with copies of the documents that were filed in San Jose, CA.
